Loopline Herringbone System

A Waikato Loopline is a 75mm twin pipeline mid-line swing-over milking system.  

Loopline milking systems are renown for maintaining stable vacuum during milking and are capable of milking faster than smaller more conventional pipeline systems.

The Loopline is designed to be a very simple machine to operate. The key features are its milking ability, its vacuum stability maintained during milking is excellent and the wash system is foolproof. 

It uses a 32mm air injector to assist the wash system which can be tuned or adjusted to create the right wash scenario inside the milk line. 

Looplines have been around a long time and in the northern hemisphere are the common milking machines.
